From the 1st point of contact, until the last song being played, DIGITAL GET DOWN will leave you with the feeling that all of your DJ needs are met.
MUSIC

All of music is played DIGITALLY through a laptop. We use a chosen DJ software that will keep the party going all night.

Playing music this way gives us the flexibility to meet all your needs. We can even play all requests on the fly at every event.

We prefer some ideas of what genre of music you prefer, but have and will accept any song list you would like to provide.

LIGHTING SERVICE

We have made major improvements in our special effects lighting in the last couple of years. LED lights will produce individual beams of light that will be beaming past you on the dance floor and moving to the beat of every song. We have also added 6 UP-LIGHTS!

OTHER EQUIPMENT
​
We include the use of a wireless handheld microphone at each event. This works great for toasts and if anyone feels the need for karaoke. We can also provide a lapel style mic for WEDDING CEREMONIES if needed.

Although we know how to get the party started and keep dancers on the floor all night, we are not your typical "club" style DJ. We believe that staying professional, especially at receptions, is a #1 priority for our image. We will play the list of songs provided and add our flavor to help make the night a HUGE success.

"I was very nervous about hiring a DJ because I had been to weddings before where the DJ just did not do a good job. I got referred to Digital Get Down by a friend of mine who used them at her wedding and loved them. Jimmy met with me a couple times to talk about song choices, what I did and did not want, and many other things. He was very accommodating and was strictly there to please me, you could just tell on his face it was all about me. I even called him the morning of my wedding and switched two major songs and he just acted like it was no big deal. He truly is an amazing DJ. My brother-in-law knows the whole dance to "Bye Bye Bye" by *Nsync and Jimmy actually got out on the dance floor and did the dance with my brother. It was probably the best moment of my whole reception. Now 6 months later I still have friends and family talking about how amazing and fun our DJ was.
